No. All communications with Stop Now Foundation are confidential. We will not share your information with anyone — including law enforcement — without your permission, unless there is an immediate threat to your life or the life of someone else.
Do I have to be ready to leave my situation to get help?
No. We meet you where you are. Some people contact us when they’re ready to leave immediately. Others reach out to learn about their options while they plan. We respect your timeline and your decisions.
Are your services free?
Yes. All of Stop Now Foundation’s direct services to survivors are provided at no cost. We are a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit funded by donations and grants.
What if I’m undocumented?
Immigration status does not affect your eligibility for our services. Survivors of trafficking may be eligible for special immigration protections (such as a T-Visa) regardless of their status. We can connect you with immigration legal assistance.
